OUR PASTOR

Since entering pastoral ministry in 1998, Pastor Josh has faithfully shepherded God's people with a passion for the clear teaching of Scripture and the practical application of biblical truth. Raised in the church, he has served in a variety of ministry roles, including youth and young adult director, lead minister, and Bible teacher. His ministry has also taken him to Israel on three occasions, where he has had the privilege of teaching on the Sea of Galilee, in the Upper Room, and on Mars Hill.

 

Pastor Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduating summa cum laude from Biola University. He also earned a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University's John W. Rawlings School of Divinity, graduating with High Distinction and a 4.0 GPA. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) in Theology and Apologetics at Liberty University, where his studies continue to strengthen his commitment to faithfully preaching God's Word and equipping believers to think and live biblically.

 

Now in his twenty-ninth year of pastoral ministry, Pastor Josh remains deeply committed to expository preaching, biblical discipleship, and helping Christians develop discernment in an age of competing worldviews. His desire is to see believers grow in their love for Christ, their understanding of Scripture, and their confidence in living out the truth of God's Word.

 

Above all, Pastor Josh desires that Christ be exalted, the church be strengthened, and the gospel be proclaimed with both truth and grace.
